Founder of LinkedIn. LinkedIn is a social networking service for employees and business officials. There are five co- founders for LinkedIn they are Reid Hoffman, Konstantin Guericke, Allen Blue, Jean-Luc Vaillant, Eric Ly.
Basically, Reid Hoffman found the company in December 2002. In April 2007 LinkedIn reached one crore users and then launched a mobile site in 2008. Then in 2011 LinkedIn filed for an IPO(Initial Public Offering) and on May 19, 2011, LinkedIn traded on the New York Stock Exchange with symbol LNKD. On the first of trade, the stock price rose from $45 per share to $94.25 which was almost 109 percent rise in the share value above IPO price.
Founder of Quora. Qoura is Q&A site where you ask and answer questions. This company was found in June 2009. Adam D’Angelo, Charlie Cheever. D’Angelo was an employee at Facebook. Resigned to his job in started working on idea thinking that on the internet there are a lot of sites, but no one had come along and built something that was really good yet at Q & A.
In November 2012, Quora came up with a program where Quora will recognize individuals who had made especially valuable content contributions as the Top Writers Program to encourage them. In 2013 Quora launched blogging. Recently Collaborative Fund and Y Combinator as invested in Quora around $85 million.

Founder of Twitter. Twitter was created or founded in the year 2006 by Jack Dorsey, Noah Glass, Biz Stone, and Evan Williams. This online platform growth was very fast that within a span of six years Twitter reached ten crore user. With an average of more 30 crore tweets per day. There are four co-founders for twitter they are Jack Dorsey, Evan Williams, Noah Glass and Biz Stone.
The first Twitter prototype, developed by Dorsey and Florian Weber was used internally. Finally July 15, 2006, twitter was publically launched.
One of the Co-founders of Whatsapp. Whatsapp was found in the year 2009 by Brian Acton and Jan Koum. They were the former employees of Yahoo. They left the company in 2007 and went for a long holiday. At a point, Jan koum realized that the App store would soon grow bigger. He planned to start WhatsApp. At a point, the app was crashing a lot Koum decide to give up, but Acton pushed him to wait for some more time.
By 2011 WhatsApp was one of the top 20 apps on iPhone, and by Feb 2013 WhatsApp has 20 crores, active users. In 2014 Facebook acquired WhatsApp for US$19 billion. This is the largest acquisition in history.
