Kala jamun recipe/black jamun recipe with instant khoya or mawa

For khoya / kova / mawa ingrdents

1tbsp ghee

½ cup milk

¼ cup  thin cream

1 cup milk powder

For sugar syrup

1 cup sugar

1 cup water

3 cardamom powder

1 tbsp lemon juice

Kala jamun recipe

½ cup panner

1 cup kova

¼ cup madia/plain flour

Pinch baking soda

1-2 tbsp water (or) milk

Oil for deep fry

For stuffing

2 tbsp chopped almonds

2 tbsp chopped cashews

1 tbsp saffron water

How to make kala jamun recipe with step by step

Firstly take large non stick vessel put heat one tbsp ghee and add 1/2 cup milk after boiling add ¼ cup  cream and mix it well. Know add 1cup of milk powder. Mix it continusly keeping the flame low to medium. The mixer become thick and also starts getting separated form the pan. Mix till the mixture from lump. Finally kova is ready keep aside.

 

Sugar syrup recipe:

Firstly take wide pan add1 cup sugar 1 cup water and boil it at low flame. Add cardamom powder and lemon juice to stop cystalization process. Close the vessel.

Kala jamun recipe:

Firstly take a bowl put panner ½ cup mash the panner till it becomes smooth. mash it smooth without any panner particles. Now add prepared kova  mix it well add maida and combine with panner kova mixture. Add pinch of baking soda and mix it well prepared smooth dough keep it side.

Kala jamun stuffing recipe:

Take 2tbsp of kala jamun prepared mixture. Add chopped nuts and add saffron water and prepared small ball keep it side.

Stuff kala jamun recipe:

Take a small sized balls form the dough flatten between palms and placed the prepared dry fruit ball in the middle,cover and roll the ball put the ghee in your hands the balls will come smooth without crackes it ready to get deep fried.

Heat the ghee on low flame heat fry the ball in low flame,when the ball turn black drain it and keep it aside.

immediately drop the hot jamuns into the sugar syrup . cover it with a lid and wait for 2 to 3 hours for syrup getting observed.

The size of Kala jamun gets doubled and it is ready to have. It will be more delicious if you serve it with ice cream.
