How to make Baby Corn Manchurian

Its is a basically a fast food or street like food or Chinese food item. This is one of the favourite evening snack or a starter for not only children but also for many of the adults. This is a spicy dish and is similar to Gobi Manchurian.

Recipe for baby corn Manchurian:


  • 10 Baby Corn, chopped
  • ½ cup Maida, Plain Flour
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • ½ Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 Tbsp Kashmiri Chlli Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Add water (as per requirement)
  • Oil for deep fry

Other ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • ½ onion finely chopped
  • 1 spring onion chopped
  • 1 inch ginger finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 chilli sauce
  • 2 Tbsp soya sauce
  • 2 Tbsp vinegar
  • ½ cup tomato sauce
  • Salt for taste
  • ½ Tbsp pepper powder

How to Cook

Firstly in a large bowl take midha and corn flour also add ginger garlic paste, chilli powder and salt now add water as required. It become a smooth consistency better. Add chopped corn coat well with better.

Then deep fry in hot oil till they turn into golden color. Dip each cooked gobi floters into the better. Finally take fried corn into towel or tissue paper for remove excess oil.

Baby corn manchuri recepie:

take large kadai add 2tbsp oil add chopped onion garlic ginger spring onion saute for a minute. Add chilli sauce, soya, tamato sauce, vinger and salt. Mix it well the sauce will come little bit thick.

 Add the deep fried corns into it, add black pepper powder and stir well. Finally put spring onins green onions and serve hot.
